Our hotel had a pipe break on 14th floor at 2am in the morning.  Major water damage was happening on the floors below. SERVPRO responded to my call at 2am and were on site within thirty minutes.  After the initial emergency services they walked me through the entire process and kept me up to date everyday until all the areas were taken care of. I can't thank them enough for being there when we needed them most!

We suffered water damage at our Ballantyne hotel and Chris and Austin responded quickly and did a great job at everything.
